Operational Lead, Mentoring Programme
Noa Girls is a charity supporting adolescent girls in the Orthodox Jewish Community.
As a result of expansion, we are appointing an Operational Lead for our Mentoring Programme. Our Mentoring Programme provides weekly support to girls via a team of clinicians and volunteer mentors. Working alongside the clinical lead of mentoring and the mentoring managers, the successful candidate will drive the operational delivery and development of the programme. Critical to this exciting new role will be the recruitment, training and retention of mentors and volunteers.
This is a new role in a growing organisation, so we are looking for someone who is dynamic, flexible and has the potential to work in a vibrant team to shape and lead on the programme objectives.
Part-time 20-25 hours per week
Salary: £35-£40,000 pro rata depending on experience
