Specialist Clinical Manager – Eating Disorder Service
Noa Girls provides a highly tailored, evidence-based mental health service for adolescents and young women aged 12-24 from the London Jewish community. Our work is grounded in excellence, compassion and cultural understanding, supporting young people and their families through complex and often life limiting mental health difficulties.
Noa’s specialist Eating Disorder service is seeking an experienced and motivated clinical manager to play a key role in the development and delivery of the service. This is an opportunity for an Eating Disorder clinician who is passionate about adolescent eating disorders.
The postholder will work with a multidisciplinary team to help assess the needs of service users and plan their care using a collaborative approach with both clients and their carer’s. They will work alongside other members of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure effective care delivery, including the use of evidenced based interventions, risk assessment and management of safe discharge processes. The post holder will also liaise effectively with other professionals and services as and when appropriate, actively collaborating to provide the best needs led care for our service users. The successful candidate will join an established and committed team, contributing to the evolution of Noa’s Eating Disorders service and helping to shape provision that reflects best practice, innovation, and the needs of the community.
Key responsibilities include:
- Work with new clients following their initial assessment by collaborating with them and their key team members to create personalised treatment plans
- To line manager others in the ED team
- Manage referrals and intake processes
- Monitor client progress and maintaining high-quality records
- Support service development and quality improvement
Full or Part-time: Minimum 20 hours per week
Salary: dependent on qualification and experience
