Director of Finance
Noa provides practical, emotional and therapeutic support for adolescent girls in the Jewish community.
We are seeking a collaborative and strategic Director of Finance with strong financial and commercial awareness to develop the organisational strategy and business planning of a growing team. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and Senior Management Team, and take responsibility for financial planning and management, strengthening management information, financial analysis and modelling to help achieve ambitious organisational goals. The role will operate at a strategic level, whilst also remaining hands-on in a small team.
A qualified accountant, with at least 3 years’ experience of working at a senior level within a team, you will have solid knowledge of UK financial and accounting practice, and bring excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to the role.
Part time: 24-30 hours per week
Salary: £55,000-£70,000 per annum pro rata depending on skills and experience
