Operational Manager – Eating Disorder Service

Noa Girls is seeking a proactive and organised Operational Manager to support the growth and delivery of our specialist Easting Disorder programme for young adult women from the London Jewish Community.

This non-clinical role is central to ensuring smooth service coordination, timely care delivery, and effective programme development. You’ll work closely with the Heads of Service and multidisciplinary team to manage referrals, streamline processes, and monitor performance outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating referrals, assessments, and treatment timelines
  • Managing service improvement projects and tracking milestones
  • Overseeing monitoring and evaluation processes
  • Liaising with families and finacne teams to ensure accurate billing
  • Supporting data-driven service development and reporting

Part-time: 12-15 hours per week

Salary: Dependent on experience
