Noa Nutrition Programme

Growing up can bring questions and challenges around food, nutrition and body image. Girls are exposed to many different messages about how to eat, exercise and look, which can sometimes be confusing or difficult to navigate.

Our Nutrition Programme offers preventative support for girls and young women aged 10–24, providing access to reliable professional guidance and a supportive space to explore questions or concerns around food and eating. We aim to help girls develop confidence, make informed choices and build a positive relationship with food and themselves.

Our programme includes

  • Personalised nutritional guidance: Up to three sessions with a qualified dietitian and/or nutritionist, following an introductory call and depending on individual needs.
  • Early intervention: Accessible guidance before concerns become more significant.
  • Parent support: Opportunities for parents and/or carers to seek guidance and understand how best to support their daughter with food and eating.

The Nutrition Programme is a preventative service, and different from Noa’s specialist Eating Disorder Department. It is not intended to provide specialist eating disorder assessment or treatment. If further support is needed, we will discuss appropriate next steps with the girl and her family.
